Warranty Policy

1. LIMITED WARRANTY

Arspura warrants to the original end-user purchaser (Purchaser) that, under normal residential (non-commercial) use, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period set forth below.

 

1.1 Coverage

- This Limited Warranty applies to the product and its original factory-installed components.

 

1.2 Warranty Period

- Years 12: Parts and labor included

- Years 35: Parts only (labor not included)

- Motor: Lifetime Limited Warranty

  - Years 12: Parts and labor included

  - After Year 2: Parts only (labor not included)

 

2. WARRANTY TERMS

2.1 Eligibility and Scope

This Limited Warranty:

- Applies only to the original Purchaser and is non-transferable, except where prohibited by applicable law;

- Applies only to products purchased and installed within the United States;

- Covers residential use only; commercial, industrial, rental, or institutional use is expressly excluded.

Warranty service shall be performed by Arspura or its authorized service providers, unless otherwise required by law.

 

2.2 Inspection and Data Responsibility

Arspura reserves the right to inspect and diagnose the product to determine the cause of any reported failure.

Prior to submitting the product for service, the Purchaser is responsible for removing any personal data stored on or within the product. Arspura shall not be responsible for any loss of or unauthorized disclosure of such data.

 

2.3 Remedy

Arspuras sole obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be, at its option:

- Repair of the defective product, or

- Replacement of defective parts, or

- Replacement of the product with the same or a comparable model

 

2.4 Ownership of Replaced Parts

All replaced parts and components shall become the property of Arspura.

 

2.5 Replacement Warranty

Any repaired or replaced product or part will be covered for the longer of:

- the remainder of the original warranty period; or

- ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement.

 

2.6 Replacement Policy

Replacement products will be of the same model. If the original model has been discontinued, Arspura will provide a comparable product of equal or greater functionality and value.

 

2.7 Service Availability

Service options may include:

- Remote technical support;

- Shipment of replacement parts; and

- On-site service (where available).

 

2.8 Force Majeure

Arspura shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Supply chain disruptions;

- Natural disasters; or

- Government actions.

In such cases, Arspura may offer reasonable alternative solutions in accordance with applicable law.

 

2.9 Warranty Expiration

This Limited Warranty shall automatically terminate upon expiration of the applicable warranty period.

 

2.10 No Modification

No dealer, distributor, retailer, or third party is authorized to modify, extend, or alter the terms of this Limited Warranty.

 

3. EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and does not apply to:

 

3.1 Expired Warranty

- Any defect or failure occurring after the applicable warranty period has expired.

 

3.2 Improper Use or Installation

- Improper installation not in accordance with the user manual;

- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage;

- Operation outside specified conditions.

 

3.3 Unauthorized Service or Modification

- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification;

- Use of non-genuine or non-approved parts.

 

3.4 Serial Number Issues

- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.

 

3.5 External Causes

- Damage caused by third-party equipment, accessories, or installation;

- External wiring or connectors not supplied or authorized by Arspura.

 

3.6 Environmental Factors

- Power surges or improper electrical supply;

- Water damage (unless caused by a manufacturing defect);

- Fire, flood, infestation, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

 

3.7 Maintenance Failure

- Failure to properly maintain the product in accordance with the user manual.

 

3.8 Normal Wear and Consumables

- Normal wear and tear;

- Consumable items including, but not limited to: filter elements, light bulbs, hoses, seals, and gaskets.

 

3.9 Commercial Use

- Products used for commercial, industrial, rental, or institutional purposes.

  - In such cases, the warranty coverage is limited to ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

 

3.10 Cosmetic Items

- Cosmetic defects in glass, painted surfaces, decorative trim, and other aesthetic components must be reported within ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase; after such period, they are not covered.

 

3.11 Costs for Non-Covered Service

For all non-warranty conditions listed above:

- Service, labor, shipping, and parts costs shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Out-of-warranty services will be provided at Arspura's then-current rates upon Purchaser's approval.

 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

 

Arspura shall not be liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

- Loss of use, inconvenience, or time; or

- Property damage or water damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

 

Arspura's total liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product.

 

Exclusive Remedy

The remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies.

 

Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the express warranty period stated herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

 

State Law Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising under this warranty must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

 

Severability

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

and provide:

- Product model and serial number(if applicable);

- Purchaser's name, address, and valid contact information;

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, original or copy of the receipt).

- Description of the issue, including photos or video if available.
