Does the installation include removing my old range hood or microwave?

Yes. Both $199 standard installation and $399 advanced installation include removal of one existing range hood or over-the-range microwave. Haul-away and disposal are not included.

Does the installation include cabinet cutting or modification?

$199 Standard Installation: No cabinet cutting or modification is included.

$399 Advanced Installation: Limited cabinet cutting or functional modification required for installation is included. Complete cabinet removal, reconstruction, replacement, refinishing, painting, decorative trim, and cosmetic restoration are not included.

Does the installation include moving my electrical outlet?

$199 Standard Installation: No.

$399 Advanced Installation: Limited outlet adjustment may be included. New electrical circuits, major rewiring, electrical panel or breaker upgrades, and code-required electrical work are not included.

Does the installation include creating a new exterior vent?

$199 Standard Installation: No.

$399 Advanced Installation: One eligible first-floor exterior wall opening may be included. Roof venting, second-floor or upper-floor exterior wall work, multiple penetrations, and long-distance duct routing are not included.

Are duct materials and vent components included?

$199 Standard Installation: Standard installation materials included in the package are covered. Additional ductwork or specialty materials may require an additional charge.

$399 Advanced Installation: Additional ductwork, wall caps, adapters, elbows, extensions, and specialty materials may require an additional charge depending on the installation requirements.

Can you install my hood if I currently have a recirculating microwave?

$199 Standard Installation: Possibly, depending on the existing setup. Additional ductwork or modification is not included.

$399 Advanced Installation: Possibly. If converting to ducted ventilation requires work beyond the Advanced Installation scope, additional charges may apply.

Does the $399 Advanced Installation include everything needed for my installation?

The Advanced Installation covers a broader range of eligible installation and modification work, but not every installation requires the same services. Work outside the listed scope may require an additional charge.

What if the installer discovers additional work is needed?

The installer will explain the required work and provide a separate quote when applicable.

Additional work will only be performed with your approval.

Does Advanced Installation include cosmetic cabinet finishing?

No. Cabinet modifications are performed for installation purposes only. Edge finishing, painting, refinishing, decorative trim, color matching, and cosmetic restoration are not included.
